Jim and Julian, are father and son and are experienced caterers having been in the industry all their working lives. ![]() Julian Pickup, Head Chef, serves classic International Cuisine using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. As you would expect, fresh fish is always prominent on the menu, as is game when in season. ![]() Jim Pickup, Manager, oversees the operation, working in the kitchen on Julian's days off to ensure that standards remain high 7 days a week. He may also serve the wine or wait on tables when required - he will definitely make himself known to you.
